DD writes the following about Elsewhere :
Elsewhere is a funny and intriguing booked about Liz; a 15 year old who gets hit by a taxi cab and dies. When she wakes up, she is on a ship that is taking her and many others to a place just like Earth yet completely different called Elsewhere. Through this book, Zevin suggests a fascinating and interesting idea of what happens after death. This book is about letting go and finding the right path to happiness. This is one of my all- time favorite books and I would strongly suggest for all people to give this book a try. I know like to consider where all my loved ones that have passed are now, and what they would be doing up in Elsewhere. This story is unique not only because of the idea and plot, but because of how deep you can feel Liz's emotions and you can almost hear the exact way she and others are saying things. I always smile when I see this book or when it is mentioned, because this is one of the books that got me into reading. I hope all can enjoy this novel, Elsewhere, by Gaberiell Zevin.
