Danielle writes the following about Dougal the Garbage Dump Bear :
Dougal the Garbage Dump Bear is a picture book about a cute little golden brown bear, with rips in his toe’s and every where. He might not be clean but he’s a happy little bear. Dougal was a shy little bear with a heart of gold. He never got to play with the other toys in the house because they were all new and clean and perfect and he was not. He often wished he could be new like them. This story book is based on a real story. Dougal and all of the toys were found at the dump just waiting to go to a good home. The pictures in this story are photo’s which Matt Dray who works at the dump took himself. Matt Dray has written one more book called Dougal and Bumble and the Long Walk Home, it’s about, Dougal and Bumble who miss the bus and have to find their own way home. This story is a great children’s book for ages 8 to 9 or even a story for the whole family.
