when a new kid named julio moves from texas to town juliette instantly falls in love with him without actually seeing him. They talk over the internet and get to know each other. At first romiette didnt know wether or not to go with him because she didnt know if he was a predator. She finally found out that he went to her school and thet started to meet at lunch. They both started liking each other. But as soon as they thought everything was going in the right direction here came the devildogs. The devildogs was a gang in their school who was very violent. The devildogs started to threaten them. at first they thought it was no big deal until they held a gun at their head aND FORCED THEM TO STAY away from each other. They told their parents it was no big deal. romiettew and julio made a plan to catch the devildogs threeatening them and report it to the news cast but things took a wrong turn. As they were recording the devildogs threatening them the devildogs grabed them and put sweatshirts over their heads and kidnapped them. Their parents started to get worried and called the police. The police told the parents that romiettes freind destiny, had already told them and that they had sent out a seach group. no one could sleep knowing that romiette and julio was somewher in a thunderstorm in a boat adrifting possibly in a deathly situation. Destiny romiettes friend had to go look for her and she found romiettes shoe and that gave her hope that romieete was still alive. they found out that the devildogs did it but they still needed to find romiette and julio before there was no more of them.the police seached the lake all night and still didnt find them so in the morning they look again in the light with everyones help.
