it's about a boy named Jason and he goes off to alaska to strike it rich and along the way if finds a crazy man and he was drowning his dogs and Jason gets king that way, he meets jamie and homer cause he ate bad steak and they saved him then he gets hurt by a moose and a man named henderson saves him in a famous persons cabin. a little boy named charlie had ganggrene and his family members chopped his leg off and left him, charlie and jason spend almost the whole winter together. Jason and king go hunting and there was a den and jason hit at it with an axe, and finally when he shot at it a bear came out, then at last 3 bears came out and king dies. Jason goes into town and and sees his brothers shop and he is so excited to see them, then he someone tells him about Jamie and he goes to see her say her poem, when he goes to see her body guard tell him he cant see her. When Jamie saw him in some crowd she ran up to him and huged him and told her she wouldnt be back in a year and he hugs her goodbye.
