harley writes the following about The Adventures Of Captain Greenspud :

I babysat for my neighbor and when I put the twins I was watching to bed, they asked me to read this book, The Adventures of Captain Greenspud. I read them the book which was pretty cool, then they wanted me to read it again. The story is pretty neat. It is about a super potato who protects the land of Spry from nasty veggies that get washed down the drain when kids don't eat them, like carrots, peas, spinach and stuff. The book is a rhyming book which was fun too. I highly recommend this book. Very cool.
