ashley writes the following about The Battle Of Jericho :

This book is about the horrible events that Josh , Kofi , Dana and Jericho went through just to get into the warriors of distiction . Jericho gained the attention of this girl he liked for years , her name was arielle. after all they faced horrible events If i met the main character id tell her that she was very brave and that i would choose to follow in her foot steps . i would also tell her that she is a very strong person and for her to be that tough and stay in the club she should be an hero , because girls now a days just quit when some things get hard but not her cuz shes different. At the end of the book i was surprised , because Josh died in such a horrible way. this is how it happpened it was the last pledge they had to do which was to jump out of a 2 stoy window . they had called that The Leap of Faith . all the pledges have gone except for josh. when josh went he had a differnt style of jumping , so he decided to stand up and think he was a bird . so when he took the jump he flew out of control and landed head first onto a rock and left a jagged tear on his head!
