Mrs. Harvey writes the following about PHILLIP HALL LIKES ME I RECKON MAYBE :

I read this book to my special ed. students (6th grade) and they really enjoyed it. They could relate to Beth and Philip and their friendship. The humorous parts made them laugh and Beth's frustrations were met with sympathy. I would recommend this book to any young person. It is about the adventure of life and how important it is to greet each challenge with a great attitude.
