Izzy Shnaynay writes the following about A Series of Unfortunate Events :
Where is Count Olaf? This is the question Sunny, Violet, and Klaus asked themselves as no sign of Olaf followed them to Lucky Smells Lumber mill. One day Klaus broke his glasses and went to the eye doctor, but didn’t come back till late that night in a total trance. This gave Violet a clue where Olaf might be. I thought this book was just one in a fantastic series. In the climax I could feel myself shaking from excitement. This book was just a small part in the Baudelaire’s long journey. I recommend this book to anyone who s interested in the Series of Unfortunate Events books. I give this book a 8.9 rating. I gave it this rating because once I started reading it I simply couldn’t stop!!! So go ahead and give this book a chance!!
