keith writes the following about Mr. Poppers Penguins :

i liked the book and the illustrations but theenough illustration in it in my class we have to do 10 or more reading logs on the book and I was looking for reviews or i would have never found this site.......all in all the book is great fo kids and adults looking for a good heart warming laugh or two I know it gave me more then that. That is one reason i gave it over a 9, another great reason I gave it a nine is because it shows how the popper family got through a hard time as any family would go through except this one special family got through a very unique way they bought penguins and traind them to dance on stage then the family began to gain more and more money from the odd penguins Mr.Popper was a house painter but his work was only in spring and winter atleast he thought........the penguins worked year round and for food thats a chep show....thank you for your time and attention
