Jason writes the following about The Magic of Laven-Rock :

We had to review three books for school. I didn't think I would like this book at first because my friend's sister liked, but it was good. It wasn't a girl's book like I thought it would be. There is this prince and princess that set off to save their world from this monster that trys to drink all their water and eat all the magic. It could of had more fighting and stuff, cause all they did was talk the monster out of destroying their world. It is not as good as a video game, but if you have to read a book, this one is not to bad.
