atsuko writes the following about DR JEKYLL AND MR HYDE :
Everyone has two sides to their character. Everyone live together with those characters. We want to act on our instinct, but we have a conscience which prevents us from acting on bad acts. Most people can squash their bad instinct. When people squashed, they may be on the horns of a dilemma. gI want to act on instinct. But it is generally bad to act egotistic. h Dr Jekyll made a drug. If people drink it, evil side may appear. Dr Jekyll was a scientist. He was held in the greatest respect. He always held his bad points. He wanted to act on instinct. However, He was afraid that I was criticized. He made a strange drug. When he drank it, he became another character. The character was Mr. Hyde. He acted on instinct. He did many bad acts. Mr. Hydefs character was completely opposite to Dr Jekyll. Mr. Hyde disliked Dr Jekyllfs character, and Dr Jekyll disliked an act like a Mr. Hyde. They hated each other. Dr Jekyll wanted to squash Mr. Hyde, but Mr. Hyde was stronger than Dr Jekyll. Could Dr Jekyll really overcome Mr. Hyde? I think this novel is very incredible. When I was reading this novel, my heart fluttered with excitement. I thought about what would happen next. I wished that Mr. Hyde wouldnft bother Dr Jekyll. You may not expect the ending till the last. You must not read before you go to bed. You may think gWhen I was sleeping, if the character which act like Mr. Hyde appearchYou may fear closing your eyes.
