craggycraig writes the following about The Magician's Nephew (Chronicles of Narnia, Book 1) :
This is a fantasy and an adventure story.

The Magicians Nephew is about a boy and a girl finding there way into a mistical place called Narnia and seeing the good and evil of it(Aslan=good and Queen Jadis=bad).

I liked it because in every chapter there was something important happening.
I didn't like it because I only read scary, spooky and cliff hung books not fantasy and adventure stories.

I would give this book 7.5 out of ten and the illustrations 7 because the pictures I've seen haven't got colour but the pictures are very detailed and they fit in with the book.
