E writes the following about The Boy on a Black Horse :

I remember reading this book when i was in lower junior high.. I just read a review of a 14 yr. old who said something about the author being good at character development, and how the characters, and stories stay with us... Well obviously this book has stayed with me. I didnt even remember the name of it until a minute ago, barely remembered anything about the book except the characters. I need to read it again and see how 10 (or so) years has changed my opinion. But it intrigued me as a young girl, and its' stayed in the back of my mind since.
