Jen writes the following about Twilight :

Stephanie Meyer's fantasy novel, Twilight, is the first engrossing adventure of the Twilight Series. This is an engaging adventure of vampires, but this is no ordinary vampire story. Twilight has been quoted as " a vampire story for people who don't like vampire stories", this is a very accurate quote and is strongly agreeable.

When 17-year-old Bella Swan moves from sunny Pheonix to live with her father in the small gloomy town of Forks, she is far from expecting to like it. Surprisingly she soon makes new friends at her new school, but when she notices a boy in her class, supposedly 17 years old Edward Cullen and his brothers and sisters sitting in the corner of the cafeteria, she is immediately intruged. Edward is an attractive boy, almost unnaturally beautiful. He has the most perfect features and the most gorgeous smell, yet he is an out-sider. Hopelessly, Bella falls unconditionally in love with Edward. As there relationship moves on, they encounter a big problem, Edward is a vampire.

This romantic fantasy is very motivating and extremely realistic. Every single word is filled with thrill and excitement. This is a must read book along with the sequels; New Moon, Eclipse and the last book of the series which is coming out in April, Breaking Dawn. This book is recommend for teenagers but is able to break barriers of any age.

I give this fascinating book 9.5 out of a possible 10.
