In The Wizard’s Dilemma a young wizard named Nita is going through a tough time in her life. Her friend Kit (a fellow wizard) is not showing up around her as often and she is getting worried. However, she doesn’t know the reason he hasn’t been around lately is because he’s off with his dog acting as God creating things out of his own thoughts from what his dog found. Nita is also adding to her troubles list when her mother collapses out of nowhere and is sent to the hospital. Can she rescue her mom in time before she leaves forever, and can what Kit’s dog (Ponch) find help with the situation or will Nita have to fend for herself?
I rated this book a 10 because of all the interesting bends in reality it creates. It has magic, alternate universes, creatures never before heard of, and more. It would be a great book for whoever loves fantasy and suspenseful adventures. What I would change would be all of the transitions from one protagonist to the other.
