prototype writes the following about Freak the Mighty :
Freak the Mighty is a thrilling, page turning, sad, yet adventurous, crazy novel. It’s about a boy named Max who is a giant 15 year old and in the 7th grade. Then there is Freak (Kevin) who has the brain of a Harvard professor and who also is the size of a 1st grader and in the 7th grade. In this story, Freak and Max are made fun of and bullied. However, when they meet, they become the best of friends and the cool kids that people can really cheer for. The only problem that they run into is that Killer Kane, Max’s father, is now out of jail. Read this book to find out if Killer Kane can really live up to his name. I personally love this book because of the hysterical language that the author, Rodman Philbrick added to give you something to laugh about. I also love this book because it makes you love, hate, and feel sorry for someone at one all at the same scene. All in all I give this book a perfect 10 out of 10 So run to the nearest book store and buy your self a copy today
