Bubble Gum writes the following about The Not-Just-Anybody family :

The Not-Just-Anybody Family By: Betsy Byars The characters are Maggie, the older sister, Vern , the older brother, the main, Junior, and Pap, the grandpa.The setting is in the country and in the town's jail. The problems are Pap is in the jail, and Mud their dog got lost. Pap was in the jail because he "littered". They did some thing that no one would ever do. When you read this you will think it is weird but the thing is you might be to nomal.
