Wow this was a really amazing and touching story. I couldn’t believe how one little boy like Ryan could do such an amazing thing. Ryan built a well in Africa. He was inspired at school because his pen pal Jimmy lived in Africa, where he heard that they had little water. Not only did he build a well but he started a foundation too it was called Ryan’s Well Foundation. It sounded like a fiction story because so many things that you wouldn’t think would happen, happened. Like when the rebels came, that was really scary!
Jimmy must have been amazed when he came to Canada because we would have so much more water then he was used to.
If I could ask the author a question I would ask him/her if they ever met Ryan and Jimmy and if they didn’t I would ask how they knew this information.
I would recommend this book to people who want to help the environment! This was an amazing book and I would totally read again!
