Kate writes the following about Grab Hands and Run :
Grab Hands and run is a great book. It is about a boy named Felipe who is between 10 and 12 years old. He lives in El Salvador with his mother Paloma, his father Jacinto, and his sister Romy. He is one of the few middle class people in El Salvador at that time. His father is holding mettings against the government. Then one day Jacinto dissapers. Paloma, Felipe, and Romy have to try and make it to Canada. They cross borders and trick, and are tricked. Will family be enough to keep them alive? Read grab hands and run to find out.
