Penguin98 writes the following about Stargirl [UNABRIDGED] :
Jerry Spinelli has written a book about a girl that is quite strange. Leo, a boy in highschool, falls in love with Stargirl, the strange girl, and they spend time together doing odd things. Stargirl tries out being normal so pople will think that she is cooler. Star Girl shows us that strange is ok. This book is perfect in every way, even though the characters aren't.
