Mr. Popper's Penguins is a wonderfull book, filled with funny and curious penguins, Mr. Popper, a poor house painter and his family. The Atwaters created a wonderful book that will envelope your mind with its funny, classic words. Mr. Lawson is a magnificent artist, but I think he needs more work with connecting with the words. This a book perfect for book reports, and fun reading. It is short, but enjoyable. I would recomend this book to any Penguin Lover, or any one who loves a good laugh.
