The book I read was The Pinballs by Betsy Byars. They all moved to a foster home. The best part was when Carlie started getting along with the guys that were living with her. Also, the sad part was when the twins died. I think I would give this book a 10 because I liked it a lot. I think that Betsy wrote this because she was probably living in a foster home when she was a little girl.
