Nicole writes the following about Pictures of Hollis Woods :
The book I'm reading is Pictures of Hollis Woods. It is written by, Patrica Reilly Giff. In my book the main character Hollis, has been to many foster homes. Then finally the Regans offer her a home, but she runs away from them. Then goes to Joise, an elderly artist, and grows to love her. After that social services try to seperate them.Hollis trys to do everything to keep them together. While all this is happening she still has memories from the Regans, and wondering if she made the right decisions. If I were to rate this book I would give it a five out of five. Because I had many conections. This book would be good for the audience of sixth and seventh graders. The theme of this book is realistic fiction. I would recomend this book to anyone who enjoys heart warming books.
