This book is literally a freak book, because if you’re someone who likes crazy lizard people, wolf-man people, and vampires than this is the book for you. Get this the author, Darren Shan is the main character. Darren Shan has risked his human life for his best friend Steve Leopard. Steve is fascinated with vampires and wants to be one. Steve notices one of the actors, Mr. Crepsly, and he is a vampire. Steve finds Mr.
Crepsly, and he did turn Steve into a vampire. It was too late for Steve, his blood was evil. Darren found Mr. Crepsly and asked him to cure Steve. Mr. Crepsly agreed, but Darren had to be his vampire assistant. Darren did also agree.
Darren has traveled with Mr. Crepsly and says he will not drink human blood, he is constantly dying. This book is great!!!
