cuitey girl missy #3 writes the following about The Cay :
The Cay is a mostly good story by Thedore Taylor.
The book talks about a boy that is very stuborn and is forced for a nice careing man to take care of him, when he needs help when he was lost at sea. Thxperiene boy Phillip had lost his sight and experienced the kindness, wisdom, and love of a nice simple man. It was black and white. The boy was raised to not like black people but lets see if he will learn to love and share as much as the nice and careing man.
