me writes the following about Loser :
i would definitly give this book a 10. This book is about the journey of life (up until 6th grade) of a boy named Donald Zinkoff. But Donald is very different from all of the rest of the kids his age. Before 5th grade when he decided he wanted to act very mature, he always wore around his giraffe hat, left to school as early as possible, and got stars whenever he did something good. When he got older, everyone made fun of him but he would always look on the bright side and would never be put down. All throughout the book, Zinkoff was always a misfit at school. He would sometimes laugh so hard, he would fall off the chair at random moments. And also his ‘atrocious’ handwriting, as his second grade teacher says.
