Inkheart is an exciting and thrilling story of a girl named Meggie who finds out that her father can read characters out of books. She meets lots of unexpected characters along the way that weren't exactly suppose to be met, some pleasant and some not so pleasant. In this story she finds secrets that were meant to be kept from her, herself trapped in the middle of her own story, and her mother who was stuck in her own story for what seemed like forever. I absolutely loved this book and would definitely recommend it for others to read!
