Holly writes the following about Escaping the Giant Wave :
Escaping the Giant Wave is a very adventurous book and it makes you want to read more. The author is Peg Kehret. It's a 10 star in my opinion, because there's excitement on every page! It is mainly about a sister and brother that really want to take a vacation. Their dad wins an award for Associate of the Year. His reward is a trip to Oregon with his family. When they finally go on their vacation, everything goes wrong. One of the really exciting parts is when Bee Bee gets stuck in the elevator when Kyle is her babysitter. Everyone should read this book! The main characters are Kyle, Bee Bee,mom, and dad. They are very easy to realate to.This is one of my favorite books by far!
