The book "The Cage" is a very moving story about Ruth Sender a Holocaust survivor. The story is marvelous the way she describes the struggles on her journey to freedom are great! You almost feel what she's feeling as she runs into the problem of the Social worker's idea of splitting her and her family up. Ruth describes herself as a brave young girl, but you can tell by the first few chapters she is a Independent, loving ,brave WOMAN and she soon will realize it.
