My least favorite book is Things Hoped For. I suppose that it was alright just not my favorite. It is not the best book because the author starts sentences with ‘because’ and ‘and’ a lot. Also, it starts out very boring and then gets a little bit more interesting. Then something comes out of nowhere and makes no sense.
Things Hoped For is about a girl named Gwen; her grandfather has mysteriously gone missing, right when she has a huge violin audition. Her grandpa left a message on the machine “Do not tell anyone about this...” Then she meets this boy and tells him what happened. Later she finds out that something is odd about him. What could this be? You may read it if you would like but, I would not prefer it.
