KAY KAY writes the following about Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes :
SADAKO AND THE THOUSAND PAPER CRANES is based on the life of a real little girl who lived in japan from 1943/1955.s he was in Hiroshima when the the united states airforce dropped an atom bomb on that city in a attemt to end world war 2 . Ten years later she died as a rsult of radiation from the bomb. The strenth of this book is it had great figurtive lang. Even when i saw the pictures of this book i could see more pictures in my head. Their were no weakness. I really recommend this book to many people because sadako was a really a good person. everything she did was for her family. and she raely cared about people.
