logan writes the following about Out of the Dust (Newbery Medal Book) :
It was about a little girl named Billie Jo.she lives in pan-handle,Oaklahoma,and she likes to play the piano, she lives with her dad and mama. She lost her ma,and when her baby brother,Franklin was born he died. He was put with his ma.
Billie Jo's hand are burned because her dad put karocen on the table,ma grabed it and poured it out,but then the karocen spilled on her she had to go to the doctor to get her skin cut off.Yes,it may have stung a little bit but she was strong and brave.
I think more people should read this book because it is so awsome,it me want to cry beacause her skin got cut off and her ma and brother died,it was so sad.I just think more people should read this really good book to feel the feelings everyone else has.
