raquan writes the following about Out of the Dust (Newbery Medal Book) :
Ther's no rain, peole are crying mud, Billie Jo thiks she'll get eaten by the heat. She wants to get out of the dust, but her father won't leave thier home because Billie Jo's mother died. I really like this book because it is a good book. It makes you want to stay up all night and keep on reading it.
Her dad lost his wife and Billie Jo lost her mom. She also lost her baby brother. It was not good between her and her dad because they don't talk a lot to each other.
The book was very good. I would read it every day util I die.
