courtney guillard writes the following about Schooled :
The Book Schooled is a 208 page book and it is really interesting. It is about a boy who has to go to another school because his grandma Rain fell out of a tree while picking plums. While hes at his new school "C Average" as people there call it he meets a boy named Hugh Winkleman. Cap is staying at a lady named Ms. Donnelly's house and she has a daughter named Sophie Donnelly. Sophie doesnt like Cap in the beinning but she learns to like him a little later. Cap meets Zach, Zena, Lena, and Darryl and they dont like Cap in the beginning either so they do pranks on him. At C Average they are looking for a class presedent and Zach nominates Cap but Cap doesnt even know what that is. A couple months later Cap's grandma Rain comes back and she takes Cap home but Cap didnt get to say goodbye tohim. Everybody was sad that he left and so his grandma let him come back and say bye to everyone. I would give this book a 10 because i thought it was very interesting and i was a new id here at one of my schools to and i didnt get made fun of but i just thought it was going to be intersting to read about someone who did get made fun of and its sad. I would recommend this to kids 12 and up because i think that they might know and understand what some kids have been through because it might of happend to them. I told you a little about the story but now you should read it to find out some more of what happens to Cap!
