Xxcherri_berrixX writes the following about Schooled :
In the beginning of the book Schooled a 208 paged realistic fiction book. Capricorn Anderson has little contact with the outside world, he has never watched TV, handled money, nor had a friend his age. When Rain out a tree falls while picking a plum, she is hospitalized. He is now temporarily placed in the home of a social worker named Ms. Donaley (who lived on Garland once before) with a teenage daughter named Sophie who hates him and attends a local middle school. Cap an innocent and gullible child walks into the jungle of a middle school campus, creating many exciting events. He makes a new friend Hugh Winklemen. The setting in this story is in school at Mrs. Donaley's and at Garland, these places are where Cap grows to show his magic that shines near the end. This book has taught me a lot about life like not to give up and always shine through also to always stay positive that I believe is the best way to get through this strong tangle we call life.
