this book is amazing! seriously i picked it up in the book store borders and at the time i had started to cut myself, and it became a drug to me, like i had to do it. this book has taught me soo much and anyone who is going through this same phase or anyone who knows anybody going through this should pick up this book and, just read. you will be amazed i think on how good this book is.
