handro alcide writes the following about how to eat fried worms :

How to eat fried worms was intersting story. It keeps you in suspense,and guesing what they will do next. It starts out as a regular story until this boy Tom gets a bet to eat a worm, as soon as they tell he says " NO". BUt when he finds out that they'll give him $50 for eating a worm for 15 days he accepts. He mainly accepts the challenge to buy a used bicycle whicw he will share with his friends. The first few days for Tom is a breeze with the help of his spices(Mustasd, Ketchup, salt,anything he can find). When his rivals get scared they'll lose the bet they try to sabotage tom. For there first trick they glue two worms together,and give it to tom to eat. Tom overcomes the trick and eventualy wins the bet.He buys his bike while the other boys get punished for betting $50.
