Cirque Du Freak Trials of Death
Have you ever read a book that was so fun and interesting you can?t put it reading? Cirque Du Freak, Trials of Death is one of those books! If it wasn?t for the first four books you wouldn?t be able to get into this book. The trials in the book are so well detailed; it gives you the best picture.
The first 4 books are so good, that you have to read this one! In the first four Darren becomes a half-vampire and goes to the Cirque Du Freak, a traveling circus of people who can do amazing things. He becomes friends with a guy who goes everywhere with him. Also, Darren ends up killing a vampeneze in the 3rd book. The vampeneze are vampires that who drain the blood from humans when they drink, it kills the human. Vampires and vampeneze hate each other. The 4th book is when Darren has to go to ?Vampire Mountain,? and present himself to the council. When he gets there he is sentenced to the Trials of Death.
In the trail Darren barley makes it and almost drowns, but doesn?t. In the second trial Darren makes it out alive with quit a few scratches, but he is alive and that?s what matters. In the 3rd trial Darren gets badly burned and almost died, but didn?t. But, in the 4th trial Darren was about to be killed by a wild boar when someone jumped in the arena and saved him, and killed the boar. Darren was going to be killed in the Hall of Death, but he ran away.
Him and the soon to be vampire prince ran away. Darren had a trail of blood all the way to him, and the prince. So, Gavner, a general, finds them and helps Darren escape. Darren, the prince, and Gavner ran into a lot of vampeneze. The prince killed Gavner because he knew about him and the vampeneze. To escape the prince Darren goes down a stream out of the mountain.
