D. Anderson writes the following about Carrie :
Carrie is about a girl who always gets talked about around school and always gets embarrassed by her fellow classmates, yet she just waits for the right time to get back at the ones that have been giving her trouble.

Carrie by Stephen King is one of those books you can't put down. Scary books are always the ones that keep the reader guessing abou the end. Because many events in horror stories could not really happen, teenagers love them.

I like this book because it gives more detail than the movie, and the vocabulary is a challenge. Carrie teaches an important lesson, "Before you try people's feelings, you should know the consequences to come."
