neil writes the following about Tom Sawyer (Dover Children's Thrift Classics) [ABRIDGED] :
This book tells us a story of a young mischievous teenager named Tom and the adventures he encounters. He is very fond of a young girl named Becky, who is new in town and stays very close to his house. This book is full of suspense, humor and adventure, which can be liked by people of all ages. But there are some texts in the book where the language used is a bit difficult to understand. Tom is so naughty that he always finds himself in hot water. One day decides to run away from home and stay on an island with two of his best friends Joe and Huck. Does he return back from the island to meet his family and friends? Does he win the love of Becky? I suggest you buy this book and find out yourself.
